I received my Bachelor's Degree (BA) at Purdue University in Psychology in the year 2000 and my Master's Degree (MA) at Valparaiso University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in the year 2012. I'm a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
I have been working in the mental health field since 2002 and have experience with a variety of clinical concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use a variety of approaches, including but not limited to: solutions focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma informed therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
